Hands-on experience via a series of professional internships in France and, increasingly, abroad, is fundamental to students’ development.
2 000 students from diverse programmes spend from 2 to 25 months in a company, thanks to 3 training periods:
Understanding the company (July-August)
6 to 8 weeks to become familiar with the company and an executive position through operational or functional responsibilities.
Some examples of recent internships: Assistant to Marketing-Communication department (BMW Group), Sales survey for L’Oreal, In charge of a department(IKEA), Credit analysis for various banks (HSBC), BNP Paribas, etc.
Professional management training (January to December)
Students have to conduct a significant professional experience for a year in a company to reinforce personal and professional competencies and to determine their professional career path.
Some examples of recent internships: Auditor Junior, Assistant Auditor (KPMG, Deloitte, PWC), Buyer (transport department, Valeo), Account Officer (Calyon), Assistant Sales Manager (Ford)
Executive placement (Throughout the year)
During 4 to 6 months students are in a position of responsibility related to a professional career objective. This internship takes place after their major and often may lead to a first position.
Some examples of recent internships: Junior Consultant (Ernst and Young), Assistant Product Manager (Johnson & Jonhson, Henkel), Assistant Manager EADS (Fujitsu, Siemens), Management Control Assistant (Alcatel)
