The programme aims to enhance personal development and guarantee a well-balanced programme for high-potential professionals from diverse horizons who look forward to learning in a truly international environment.

12 Core courses
Core-courses provide a solid foundation in major management fields with an international focus: Accounting, Finance, Business Law, Marketing, Strategy, Managerial Economics, etc...
Global responsibility is a core value at Audencia and is present in all courses with the aim to nurture responsible leaders.
4 Electives & business development focus
Participants choose at least four elective courses to reinforce your skills in specific fields (e.g. New product marketing, Management of innovation, Project management, Business planning, Supply chain management, Finance and risk management, Venture capital, Mergers and acquisitions)
International students may also attend French language courses throughout the year.
Personal development
A series of seminars organised throughout the year are designed to complement the knowledge acquired during the elective and core courses by helping students manage their career choices and develop their soft skills.
Seminars include Intercultural Management, Negotiating Skills, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, and a joint seminar on Business Ethics held in Italy with Politecnico di Milano.
MBA project
Participants follow a research methods course designed to assist them in choosing an MBA project linked to their professional goals and objectives. Work can be based on a company consulting project, an entrepreneurial project (business plan) or an academic research project.
MBA consulting project
This is an opportunity for students to work as a consultant on a project which has a defined strategic and operational objective. The project may be linked to an internship which is particularly recommended for students wishing to make a change of direction. Previous projects include:
- The implementation of lean thinking in a multicultural group
- Sovereign wealth funds and their impact on liquid asset imbalances and government investments
- The effects of competitive intelligence and industrial marketing in business development (case study)
