Recruiting MBAs
Audencia has a corporate relations and careers department that is in constant contact with both national and international businesses. Recruitment opportunities are plentiful and companies have several options to meet MBA students before they are available for employment at the beginning of July:
Consulting project
Audencia MBA students are available from July to December to carry out a consulting project, an entrepreneurial project (business plan) or an academic research project.
This is an opportunity for companies to benefit from quality input on a project which has a defined strategic and operational objective.
Previous projects have included:
- The implementation of lean thinking in a multicultural group
- Sovereign wealth funds and their impact on liquid asset imbalances and government investments
- The effects of competitive intelligence and industrial marketing in business development (case study)

Careers fairs
A global careers fair is organised at Audencia in October of each year and is attended by 70 international companies from all fields of business. Specialised careers fairs (audit and financing, working abroad…) are organised from January to March.
CV book
MBA participants hone their CV throughout the year; in February the CVs are edited and an MBA CV book is sent to more than 200 national and international companies where Audencia enjoys personalised contacts.
Audencia Executive Academy events
To strengthen the relationship between Audencia MBA participants and the business community, regular round table debates are organised on specific themes such and finance, knowledge management, sustainable development. This is an excellent networking opportunity for both the MBA participants and businesses.
