While nearly every management school now talks of internationalisation, Audencia has enjoyed strong links with international business schools since the late 1970s. Indeed, the school was the first in France to make a period of study abroad obligatory for students on its Master in Management (Grande Ecole) programme.

Since these innovative beginnings, Audencia has signed over 100 partnership agreements in 43 different countries. It has also formed an international business school alliance (Alliance for Business Education), introduced the novel International Affiliate Faculty scheme and made an ongoing commitment to increasing the number of both programmes and study tracks available in English.
