The Euro*MBA's programme structure is divided into four main elements:

  • Introductory seminar
  • Distance learning courses
  • Residential weeks
  • Master thesis

Introductory seminar
This four-day event opens each edition of the programme. Its aim is to introduce participants to elements such as writing and presentation skills, use of Lotus Notes and teambuilding activities.

Distance learning modules
The Euro*MBA involves e-learning modules overseen by top faculty from the consortium's schools. These modules cover:

  • strategic management
  • change management
  • international management
  • management accounting
  • international finance
  • international human resources management
  • technology and innovation management
  • business simulation
  • European business law

Residential weeks
These compulsory European study weeks take place every four months, making a total of six residential weeks during the two-year programme. Each week is held in a different European location and focuses on a certain economic and cultural region. Topics covered include cultural awareness, soft skills and regional analysis.

Master thesis
The master thesis is the culmination of the knowledge acquired during the programme. Examples of master thesis subjects include:

  • Pioneering emerging markets in the developing countries with supply chain collaboration
  • Predatory pricing in the CRM market
  • Board structures under corporate governance
