Centre for the Development of Competencies
The Centre for the Development of Competencies seeks to contribute to the development of competencies within organisations. It conducts research, undertakes teaching and offers consulting, making it a place where practioners, researchers and students can share ideas and exepriences.
The centre is structured around three poles:
- Research: a group of experts analysing both competencies within organisations and organisational competencies.
- Teaching: developing students' and alumni's competencies through futher pedagogical improvements.
- Training and consulting: accompanying organisations in the development of employees' competencies through theories, training sessions and tools.
As well as strengthening each pole, the centre encourages interaction between them, making them interdependent and mutually beneficial.
