The GIL, Globalisation and Innovation Laboratory

The Globalisation and Innovation Laboratory (GIL) provides multi-axe views on globalisation by integrating the dimensions of technical and organisational innovation.

Research themes are the following:

• key market and economic sector evolution from globalisation viewpoint
• international company strategy integrating global and local politics
• entrepreneurial dynamics
• innovation-linked social changes
• compared systems (management styles, managements techniques, nations' economic performance)
• microfinance

The GIL is overseen by professors Corentin Curchod and Christophe Villa

Professor Christophe Villa is holder of the Banque Populaire chair which, as part of the GIL, aims to analyse world trends in the development of microfinance.
