Having previously defined one's professional outlook is essential to appearing credible and relevant in the eyes of a recruiter: It will make the difference!
This is something to consider from the earliest stages of your job search, with a view to better defining your strategic plan.

A career plan must be:
- Motivating (corresponds with your interests and ambitions)
- Realistic (in line with your skills profile)
- Attainable (in line with company needs)
A career plan helps you to define your target market:
- Which profession? In which sector and market? For which type of company?
- Which type of management style?
Suggested steps:
- Work on your skills, qualities and aspirations.
- Conduct documentary research on the professions that are of interest to you.

The skills portfolio
This is an assessment tool used throughout your time at Audencia. You can use the portfolio to record your personality traits, what motivates you, and what you have gleaned from each stage of your curriculum.
Profession briefings
Conducted by corporate executives and Audencia alumni, these serve to inform students of the current state of affairs of specific careers and business sectors.
4 Forums
Over 110 companies visit the campus to recruit long-term interns and/or young graduates: Auditing Forum, Corporate Forum, International Forum and Dual-Track Forum.
Career workshops
Career workshops and student/company events are arranged throughout the year.
Espace PRO
The Espace PRO is a web portal devoted to internships and employment, and includes a CV bank ("CVthèque") and alumni directory.
Career services department
With offices in Nantes and Paris, this department is staffed by human resources professionals.
