Professional focus
The Grande Ecole programme includes many opportunities for immersion in real work environments. This provides students with the oppurtunity to apply knowledge learned in class as well as prepare them for their future career. A total of 13 to 18 months of internship experiences will be completed by each student throughout the course of their studies.
Mandatory internships
The In-Company Gap Year (AIPM)
- Length: 9 to 12 months
- When: Before taking your specialized courses. This gap year is an opportunity to confirm or change your choice of majors.
- Objectives:
- Build competency in management and technical areas
- Optimize your career plan by adapting it to your expertise and personal qualities on the job.
The Corporate Action internship
- Length: 4 months minimum
- When: At the close of your studies
- Objective: The full range of knowledge acquired in furtherance of your degree is applied to your career plan.
This experience places you in a pre-professional setting close to that of a first job. This internship relies on strong student involvement in company operations and markedly professionalizes your profile.
Optional internships
The Practices Analysis internship
- Length: 6 to 10 weeks
- When: Upon completion of specialized courses.
- Objective: Hone your knowledge and career plan in a specific area of expertise
