Forty year old New Zealander Grant Michelson has become Audencia's research director.

Formerly a senior lecturer and postgraduate coordinator at the University of Sydney in Australia, Grant Michelson joined Audencia Nantes’s department of human resources management in January 2008.

His own areas of research expertise include gossip in the workplace, employment relations, and global responsibility.

Dr Michelson succeeds Bertrand Venard who will remain at Audencia, devoting more time to his own research projects.
