True to its aim of strengthening ties between its programmes and the corporate world, Audencia has announced the diversification of its Master in Management finance specialisations thanks to partnerships with leading companies in the sector.
The school’s current development plan, which runs until 2010, includes the development of two new finance specialisation tracks.
From September 2008, Audencia Master in Managrement students will be able to opt for a major in ‘mergers, acquisitions and strategic alliances.’ This major will be structured around five themes including the legal and financial aspects of fusions and acquisitions, value creation strategy in economic alliances, and law and taxation concerning company groups.
In addition to the hands-on knowledge provided by finance professionals and the classes led by Audencia faculty, the students will work in groups on diverse financial, legal and strategic analysis projects set by the partner companies.
From January 2010, this major will be complemented by a second specialisation in ‘finance of markets.’ This second major will allow students to understand and manage the market’s financial tools.
These innovations mean that Audencia Master in Management students will have the option of following almost 450 hours of finance classes.
