The ERDF Chair
The ERDF Chair is a partnership between ERDF and Audencia. The Chair's agreement was signed between Mr Gilles Capy, ERDF Director, and Mr Jean-Pierre Helfer, Dean of Audencia.
On the 1st January 2008, ERDF became the French company in charge of the electrical network in France.
The main goals of the Chair are to develop research subjects and academic knowledge centred on innovation and customer relationship management in the regulated market.
This Chair therefore, coordinates the development of pedagogical tools and the whole research centre’s production:
- research on customer relationship management and innovation within regulated markets
- cases and subjects for student dissertations
- seminars, conferences, etc
- meetings with experts
- economic press and academic publications
- publication of a book on innovation and customer relationship
The partnership between professionals and researchers will solve concrete problems in an interactive environment.
