Training entrepreneurs

The aim is to give students a taste for entrepreneurship by introducing them specifically to company creation and more generally to the launching of new activities.

While not seeking to turn each student into an entrepreneur, the goal is to make them sensitive to the fact that at any given time during their careers they will be called on to create new activities.
By making them familiar with the creation process they can develop new activities with success.

The teaching will allow them to:

  • develop entrepreneurial behaviour by stimulating their entrepreneurial knowledge
  • acquire and implement the specific methodologies and tools to create, develop and accompany new activities.

To reach this objective, the teaching approach is based on a balance between:

  • leading by example (testimonies, conferences and case studies)
  • the acquisition of the methods and tools needed to master the processes and  operational modes
  • the application of this knowledge through creation projects, fieldwork with business leaders and creators, simulations and participation in company creation challenges.

The students are offered two types of study tracks:

  • An initiation course in entrepreneurship (2nd year of Audencia Master in Management).
  • An ‘Entrepreneurs and Managers’ major (specialisation option in the final year).

Every student who during their studies wishes to set up a business, and whose project is accepted by the committee, will follow the entrepreneurship study track.
