Why a Master in Management and International Competencies (MCI)?
At Audencia, we believe that the programme offered allows students to master two crucial aspects of the international environment:
- The development of the transversal competencies needed internationally : understanding and mastery of intercultural phenomena, management and leadership of projects together with the overseeing of change at an international level, efficient use utilisation of information and communication technologies
- The development of knowledge specific to international activity: the disciplines of management (marketing, finance, human resources management, management control, law and information systems)…
Who is the MCI programme aimed at?
The programme targets young graduates of at least Bachelor level, with or without professional experience.
What are the programme’s aims?
This programme will provide you with the competencies needed for professional evolution within an international environment.
The ultimate aim is that you be able to:
- conceive projects in a global perspective, based on multiple layers of analysis
- successfully launch multicultural and multinational projects.
