Human Resources Management

What are the programme’s objectives?

Top management expects human resource (HR) professionals to act as change agents, especially in respect to the changes brought on by the globalisation of business and new quality certifications for which competent management is key. Acting as a change agent also includes making certain that employees both individually and collectively have the necessary skill sets to sustain the company's evolution, while constantly maintaining high levels of employee motivation.
