Use of the website implies full and complete acceptance of the general terms & conditions of use described hereinafter. These terms & conditions of use are subject to amendment or supplement at any time, users of the website are therefore invited to consult them regularly.

The website is usually accessible to users at all times. Interruption for the purposes of technical maintenance may however be decided upon by Audencia Nantes, who will endeavour to inform its users in advance of the dates and times of the intervention.

The website is regularly updated. Similarly, the legal notices may be amended at any time: they are nevertheless binding to the user, who is invited to refer to them as often as possible in order to remain fully informed.

The purpose of the website is to provide information concerning all of the school’s activities.

Audencia Business School strives to provide information on the website that is as accurate as possible. However, it shall not be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies and shortcomings in updating, whether by its own doing or due to third party partners who provide it with this information.

All information indicated on the website is provided for information purposes only and is subject to change. In addition, the information featured on the website is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to changes that may have been made since its posting.

4. Limitations contractuelles sur les données techniques.

The website uses JavaScript technology.

The website will not be liable for any material damage related to the use of the site. In addition, the user undertakes to access the website using recent, virus-free equipment along with a recent up-to-date browser.

5. Intellectual property and counterfeiting.

Audencia Business School owns the intellectual property rights or holds the rights of use for all elements accessible on the website, in particular texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds and software

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the website, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited, unless prior written authorisation is given by Audencia Business School.

Audencia Business School shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user's equipment when accessing the Audencia website, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in point 4, or from the incidence of a bug or incompatibility.

Neither shall Audencia Business School be held responsible for indirect damage (such as the loss of market share or of opportunity) resulting from the use of the website

Interactive areas (possibility to ask questions in the contact area) are available to users. Audencia Business School reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that may be in breach of the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. If necessary, Audencia Business School also reserves the right to bring to account the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, in particular in the event of a racist, abusive, slanderous, or pornographic message, regardless of the medium used (text, photography, etc.).

The website contains a number of hypertext links to other websites, integrated with the permission of Audencia Business School. However, Audencia Nantes is not in a position to check the content of the websites thus visited, and will therefore not assume any responsibility in this regard.
