Sarah Ouadah is Senior Manager in the Workforce & Organization practice of Capgemini Invent in France specialized in Change management, Data privacy, and HR projects. She has previous experience in the fields of Talent acquisition and Executive search in Africa and she supported the Global Head of Diversity of BNP Paribas. An engaged Alumni of Audencia Business School, Sarah has had an instrumental influence in the Women's Alumni association (Audencia pour Elles) and in the inclusion and diversity youth project (Audencia Brio).
Eric Egiziano - Founder - HORIZON
Founder of HORIZON in 2018, a Recruitment Agency, Eric has been a headhunter since 2007.
Formerly HR Manager in Paris, Brussels, and Taipei, Eric has been based in Shanghai since 2013 with his family, and originally comes from Marseille.
