Pedagogical methods

The teaching methods are participative and experiential, i.e. oriented towards practical application and skills development.
The program is based on alternating theoretical and practical sequences, with each topic being discussed in class.

Admission criteria

Bachelor level or equivalent.

Candidates must have 8 years' professional experience and 5 years' managerial responsibility (hierarchical, project or functional).

Candidates who do not have these prerequisites will have to pass an internal Audencia test at the selection panel.

Preliminary: Pre-admission interview: Once you have indicated your interest in training, you will be invited to meet your Training Consultant. This personalized interview will enable us to assess whether your professional and personal project matches the aims of our program. Your contact will also give you a better understanding of the program, the organization involved and the admission process. 

Step 1: The application form: Fill in your application form online:

- A curriculum vitae

- A letter of motivation

- A certified copy of your diplomas

- Proof of professional experience

- A letter of support from your company, if you are currently employed.

Stage 2: Selection panel with a member of our distance learning teaching staff.  During this one-to-one interview, you tell the jury about your career path and the motivations behind your training project.

Stage 3: Final decision The jury then decides whether to admit or reject your application within a week, and you will be notified of the decision as soon as possible.
