Validation of this block will enable the following skills to be validated:Identifying the key players to unite around the change and drawing up a project plan by defining objectives, actions and indicators. Communicating constructively to involve teams in the change and managing the project by monitoring KPIs and involving stakeholders. Conducting negotiations to support the dynamics of change and analysing the external environment to diagnose the technological challenges. Establishing an internal diagnosis to identify the potential for transformation and define the objectives and key elements of the digital transformation plan.

This experiential approach, head/heart/body, the power of the collective, makes it possible to become aware of one's capacities and limits more quickly.
The training venue is a safe space in which to engage, deconstruct and rebuild, creating a bubble of trust between peers and boosting leadership potential tenfold.
This course can be accompanied by one hour of individual supervision. To encourage collective emergence, Audencia will organise an evening conference with inspiring encounters.
