The official invitation to the graduation ceremony will be sent to your audencia.com e-mail address in January 2025. Please make sure you check your spam regularly.
Please complete the questionnaire even if you cannot attend the ceremony. At any time, you can change your response by using this form.
Each graduate may be accompanied by a maximum of 2 guests. They must indicate their full names and e-mail addresses when they register.
Please bring your QR code, which will be sent to you by email following your registration, in paper format or present it to the security officer on your phone. No entry without a QR code will be allowed.
A separate check-in for graduates and guests will be set up to facilitate the flow and access to the event for all. You will be seated by program and will not be next to your guests.
When you arrive at the Zénith, we will give you your gown, cap and sash as well as a personal folder containing your diploma. You must keep it with you until you go on stage. You will walk across the stage successively, all programs combined.
Water fountains will be available on arrival. Please bring your own water bottles and containers. There will be no beverage sales on site.
The Zenith concert hall has been designed to accommodate people with disabilities and those accompanying them. To make sure you have a dedicated seat, please ask the people at the reception to guide you to your seat.
These seats offer excellent visibility of the stage.
Please note that the cocktail reception will take place outdoors.
