We invite you to register for an exclusive opportunity to engage with the global MCIS community in Nantes, France.
Registration fees are listed in Euro and cover access to all conference sessions, proceedings, coffee breaks, two luncheons, and a social event. All fees are subject to VAT payment of 20%. Important: registration will close on 25 September 2025 at 23:59 (France time, CEST – Central European Summer Time).
For your reference, each author registration permits the presentation of up to two papers.

Payment Options: Payment for the conference registration is made online by credit card. Should you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact mcis2025@audencia.com.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be emailed to mcis2025@audencia.com and follow this schedule:
- By Sept 10: Full refund minus €100 admin fee.
- Sept 11–25: Full refund minus €200 admin fee.
- After Sept 25: No refund; full registration fee applies.
Accompanying persons are welcome to register for social event. To do so, the person registering should select the option 'Social Event – Accompanying Person' during the registration process. Accompanying persons fee: 90 EUR
