Jules Schvartzman, from finance to entrepreneurship: Daring, testing, learning, and moving forward!
Turning the realities of the professional world into a playground, a source of laughter, and a space for collective reflection: that is the challenge taken on by Jules Schvartzman, the 2026 winner of the Explorers Award at the Audace Competition — Audencia’s pitch competition — with his project Corpo! the game.
The first steps of a future entrepreneur
After completing an ECS preparatory class at Montaigne High School in Bordeaux, Jules enrolled at Audencia and chose a Master’s degree in Market Finance. It was a demanding, formative academic journey that instilled in him a sense of rigor and analytical skills. But even then, beyond the numbers and models, a conviction took hold: entrepreneurship would be the common thread running through his career.
Very early on, he sought to create, test, and support. During his studies at Audencia, he co-founded the ACE (Audencia Club of Entrepreneurship) association, with the goal of making entrepreneurship more accessible to students and young project leaders. From the very start, Jules took on the role of treasurer: opening the bank account and seeking out the first partners. A decisive first step into the real world.
From startups and venture capital to his first entrepreneurial ventures
After graduating from Audencia, Jules spent two years doing internships in the world of venture capital and startups. This intense immersion in the entrepreneurial ecosystem further fueled his desire to create.
At the same time, he embarked on his first entrepreneurial venture with his partner, Marine Tabatabaï, also an Audencia graduate: Liber Experience, the first platform organizing concert-tasting events at wineries in the Gironde region. For two years, the project grew, bringing together artists and audiences, and creating memorable moments. The concept was appealing, and the events were a genuine success both in terms of audience engagement and artistic quality, but the business model struggled to gain sustainable traction. The project came to an end, not without some emotion, leaving behind a key lesson: entrepreneurship also means knowing how to adjust your course to move forward more effectively.
The Corpo! Game: laughing to better question the corporate world
It was during an internship in Geneva, where he worked as a business engineer/business manager in an intense and sometimes brutal corporate environment, that the idea for Corpo! took shape. Faced with toxic management practices and intense pressure, Jules made a choice: to transform these observations into humor and a game. Laughing to question, caricaturing to make people think.
Thus was born Corpo!, the first board game to caricature the corporate world. All the clichés are there and are intentionally included. Claire the HR manager hires and fires left and right, Corentin the intern is desperate for a permanent contract, Benjamin the consultant is completely useless, and there’s little diversity or women in the company...
The goal of the game is simple: two teams face off. On one side, the toxic managers must fire the employees. On the other, the employees must unite to eliminate the toxic managers. Before being fired and revealing your identity, you must complete a collective or individual corporate challenge.
Audace 2026 Competition: accelerating the growth of Corpo!
Corpo! is quickly seeing its first successes: partner stores, after-work events and team-building activities, and an engaged community on LinkedIn. Alongside this entrepreneurial venture, which he is developing with his partner Marine, Jules currently holds a permanent position as an Account Manager in cybersecurity, striking a balance between professional development, creativity, and his personal life.
As the winner of the Explorers Award in the 2026 Audace Competition with Corpo!, Jules now benefits from support from Audencia’s Entrepreneur Hub and In Extenso, a partner of the Audace Competition, with the goal of taking the next step: developing an online version of the game, listing it on marketplaces, boosting visibility, and forging strategic partnerships.
With Corpo!, the ambition is clear: to continue developing a useful project aligned with the realities of the workplace and the human challenges faced in companies.
Jules embodies a generation of entrepreneurs who move forward through successive experiments, informed by real-world experience, observation, and a constant desire to create meaning.
