With its ECOS 2025 plan, Audencia asserted its desire to be a better school for the world. With STOA 2030, our goal is to train individuals capable of influencing and supporting society in all its transitions: economic, ecological, political, media, cultural, social, and technological.
In ancient Greece, the stoa was an integral part of the Agora – the public meeting place where people gathered to interact, debate and think together. The stoa was also the cradle of Stoic philosophy. Just like this open space, Audencia’s campuses are places of interaction and personal transformation, sparking new ideas and creating a collective momentum. STOA implies a vision based on personal ethics and intellectual rigor that makes us aware of the interdependence of the world around us with the purpose of meeting the great challenges facing the world today
Audencia trains individuals capable of understanding, deciding and acting pragmatically, rigorously and effectively. Individuals capable of operating with agility in multiple environments, while forging dialogue between local and global actors, the short and the long term, performance and responsibility
At Audencia, our students acquire much more than skills: we offer them transformative academic, professional, associative, intercultural and multidisciplinary experiences. It is these concrete, human and collective experiences that fuel their convictions and enable them to operate boldly and appropriately.
to develop demanding, rigorous minds capable of meeting the expectations of the professional world and academic requirements, through programs recognized at the highest level.
because our role is to support the transformation of individuals, organizations and society in tangible, measurable and sustainable ways. This impact includes a civic dimension that we aim to reinforce.
Audencia helps each and every one of its students, learners, partners and employees to cultivate their ambitions, to build on their singularities and make a difference, each in their own way.
To change the world, you need to change yourself
Safwa Meliani - Audencia student (Grande École program, class of 2027)
Audencia becomes a higher education group consisting of leading grandes écoles. Each of these institutions embodies its own field of expertise, with its own degrees and resources, while cultivating powerful synergies between the schools. The learners develop a systemic approach, combining business, geopolitics, ecology, communication and much more.
In 2027, Audencia will be opening a school combining programs in management, geopolitics, political science and international affairs to train the next generation of players and decision-makers in public life. Target for 2030: 500 students. This will be Audencia’s fourth school, complementing its existing Schools of Management, Communication and Media, and Ecological and Social Transition.
To offer a range of programs that match as closely as possible with the different student profiles, Audencia complements its undergraduate offerings. The new Global BBA will be offered on Audencia’s Paris campus, starting in 2026.
The school has consolidated its standing as a “grande école for communication” by obtaining certified bachelor’s-degree status for its Bachelor in Communication* program,to be launched in 2026, and its Bachelor in Design and Communications Project Management*.
* Certification in progress
Through STOA 2030, Audencia is affirming its ambition to develop a regional presence on every continent. Through its undergraduate & graduate programs as well as Executive Education offerings, its aim is to provide tailored solutions for the local realities
This will be the school’s sixth collaborative campus. After five successful launches in China, Brazil and Australia, Spain will now be home to the first European collaborative campus with ESCI UPF.
Already present in Algeria, Senegal and recently Morocco, Audencia is seeking to step up its Executive Education activities by opening a campus in Africa, thereby reaching out to all five continents.
Companies and other organizations are facing ever more numerous and complex transformation challenges: making successful transitions and meeting the demand for societal impact, leveraging artificial intelligence and data, and rethinking forms of work. In this context, Audencia is reinforcing its role as a committed player dedicated to serving organizations by launching innovations designed for professionals.
The school can marshal the diverse talents of all its in-house expertise – faculty, administrative support staff and students – combined with the strength of its network of external partners. This unique approach enables us to offer bespoke solutions for organizations, based on action research and support programs.
We are expanding our offerings for companies to meet their upskilling, reskilling and cross-skilling needs. Audencia will be drawing on the expertise of its four schools to produce tailored content, such as a future Executive Master with the Institut de Refondation Publique (IRP). A program designed to support decision-makers and senior managers with a view to reinventing public action. By combining the demands of private-sector management with the specificity of public-
interest missions, this program will equip public-sector players with the skills they need to meet the major challenges facing society
Homogenization has no place at Audencia. We defend otherness as a source of richness and openness. We enable students to make a difference by cultivating their differences. All by developing innovative, personalized solutions.
Audencia will provide AI training for all of its students. The resources include an intelligent assistant designed by and for Audencia, providing personalized, around-the-clock support at every stage of the pathway.
Audencia’s new academic signature is based on three promises:
Looking ahead to 2030, Audencia is stepping up its commitment to promoting an ever more responsible and inclusive society and helping each and every student to build their own pathway and unlock their potential, whatever their situation.
To make inclusion and equal opportunity a reality rather than an abstract principle, the school provides an environment in which everyone can learn, develop and succeed, whatever their personal constraints or specificities.
Audencia has strengthened its commitment to society by forming a partnership with the “Quartiers d’Affaires” association, with a view to upskilling the managers of micro- enterprises and SMEs located in the 1,609 Quartiers Prioritaires de la Politique de la Ville (QPV – priority neighborhoods defined by urban policy). Our school has also become a partner of the “Forum Économique des Banlieues”, a major event highlighting the energy and economic potential existing at local level in those neighborhoods.
Audencia has created a new Institute at the interface between academic research and socio-economic players. Its objective is to have a positive impact on four major topics:
