Integrating the challenges of the ecological and social transition, and more specifically the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), into our teaching is one of Audencia's 5 CSR priorities that the school identified through its matrix of significant issues with its stakeholders. To this end, Audencia has created Gaïa, the school of ecological and social transition, and launched the ClimatSUp Business initiative with The Shift Project.
Audencia thus combines two complementary approaches to educate students about environmental and social transition and the strategies and practices that can make it a lever for innovation and performance.
The school is developing courses dedicated to the ecological and social transition, as well as integrating these issues across all courses and programs. In this way, students can, on the one hand, deepen their understanding of the concept of CSR and how to define and implement a coherent approach involving stakeholders, and, on the other hand, understand how to apply these principles to all business activities. This dual approach allows us to master a subject in its entirety, but also to become aware of its interaction in a more global ecosystem.
- 80% of Audencia's courses contribute to achieving at least one of the SDGs by 2025
- By 2025, 100% of Audencia's learners will have taken at least one course designed by Gaïa that is aligned with the SDGs.
- 30% of 2025 continuing education revenue from ecological and social transition training
