Initiator and pilot of the #NegoTraining initiative, which consists of free training for women in salary negotiation, Audencia's academic management is strongly committed to professional equality between the women and men who make up its faculty.
There is parity both in the faculty as a whole and in its various statuses (assistant professors, associate professors, and professors). Special attention is also paid to the respect of equal pay.
Audencia has an international faculty mobilized to make an impact at the intersection of disciplines.
To strengthen our permanent faculty, we are looking for educators-researchers and academic development managers in all management disciplines who wish to develop in an international environment that favors hybridization and innovation.
Applicants must demonstrate their potential to make an impact on academia, students, business and society.
A school committed to professional equity
A collegial faculty hiring process
Applications received by the Academic and Research Department are first reviewed by the departments. Shortlisted applications are then reviewed by the Academic Director.
The team then organizes recruiting sessions involving members of the department, research, and programs.
Easier integration
All the school's teams are mobilized to facilitate the integration of new faculty members.
In particular, Audencia is a member of the "Chercheurs étrangers à Nantes" association, which helps to welcome international faculty and their families when they arrive in the Nantes metropolitan area. In partnership with the various higher education and research institutions in the metropolitan area, this association has established privileged relations with the Ministry of European and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation, the Prefecture and City of Nantes, such as the Early Childhood Department.
