From the rental file to the reservation of the accommodation, all the steps are carried out on the Studapart platform. To get started, click on "Espace Locataire" and register with your identifiers provided by Audencia or with your personal email.
To access the Studapart x Audencia platform, all you need to do is to send proof of admission or registration with Audencia when you register on the housing platform.

Need a guarantor living in France?

Studapart will act as your guarantor for the entire duration of your rental. Further info on the platform. 
Action Logement's Visale is also designed to provide a guarantor for young people under the age of 30 who don’t have one. It is entirely free of charge : https://www.visale.fr/

Accommodation in CROUS halls of residence

The CROUS residences consist of individual, moderately priced accommodation and are eligible for the Housing Grant (APL).

The residences are primarily reserved for CROUS scholars, but all students can benefit from them, depending on availability. Be sure to start your online application:
