LACTALIS project and factory visit

Learning from successful food brands worldwide—this is the exciting new challenge set by Caroline Gardes of the Lactalis Group for Audencia’s MSc Food and Agribusiness Management (FAM) students.

The Mission:

Students will select a food brand from their home country that has successfully attracted young consumers while retaining older demographics. On December 3, 2025, they will present their findings and strategic recommendations to the Lactalis marketing team, including Caroline Gardes and Charline Sochon.

 

Why It Matters:

With traditional cheese consumption declining among younger generations, Lactalis will leverage student insights to inform future marketing strategies. This collaboration bridges academic expertise and industry innovation, offering students a unique opportunity to contribute to real-world business solutions.
