To break the ice and foster connections, students embarked on a field trip to the Muscadet vineyard of Château Chasseloir, near Nantes, on Monday, September 7, 2026. This immersive experience allowed them to discover the traditional winemaking process of this historic estate. The highlight? A tasting of three distinct white wines produced by the château!
This year’s class is a true melting pot of diversity, with students hailing from Spain, Canada, India, Rwanda, Lebanon, France, Poland, and Colombia, and bringing backgrounds in agricultural engineering, business, public affairs, psychology, and chemistry.
