Biography
Anne Launois is a professor of digital marketing and an expert in the multi-channel customer journey, as well as issues relating to the e-commerce and omnichannel strategy of brands and retailers. She has also developed expertise in media strategy, media planning and media marketing through her corporate experience. Anne Launois has held various marketing, business development and management positions in international media groups. She then moved into consultancy, firstly in connection with the media and digital strategy of brands, and then in the development of commercial and digital spaces in public places and cities, which led her to build up expertise in new user paths and the control of use for territories and urban projects. Anne has put her professional and academic skills at the service of the digital marketing programmes at Audencia Business School: a major specialising in digital marketing and a Specialised Masters in Marketing Strategies in the Digital Age, which she created in 2014. She also held the “Qualités de Villes” Chair from 2018 to 2024, where she was responsible for coordinating research projects, expert conferences, foresight initiatives, user analysis studies, and pedagogical projects related to the development of sustainable and desirable cities.
