Biography

More than 25 years in Institute of studies and surveys at the service of companies. Large (Ipsos, Havas Group) and small (Dagnet, Response) institutes have allowed me to develop expertise in data collection and processing.

Specialized in the analysis and processing of information data, I support companies in their decision-making process: innovation and product launch, knowledge of targets (segmentation, typologies), customer journey, communication, satisfaction and loyalty.
