On February 23-24, 2026, students from Audencia’s MSc in Food and Agribusiness Management (FAM) explored the latest trends and innovations in the sector during their learning trip to Paris. The program included networking, collaborative workshops, and inspiring discoveries, notably at the Salon International de l’Agriculture.

- Bleu-Blanc-Cœur: Meeting with Pierre Weil, founder of the label linking virtuous animal feed to consumer health.
- C’est qui le Patron ?!: A cooperative model ensuring fair prices for producers, driven by consumer commitment.
- Kraft Heinz: A creativity workshop on the sustainability of Heinz Ketchup and Bénédicta brands, hosted by the marketing team at the company’s headquarters.
- Cycloponics: Visiting an urban farm growing organic mushrooms in Parisian underground parking lots—a great example of circular economy.
- Alumni Networking: Friendly exchanges and insights from FAM graduates during a networking event.
