Master in Management (Grande Ecole)
Discover how a business works by mastering the fundamentals of management.
The Grande Ecole system is France's elite higher education track — historically more selective, more professionally focused, and more internationally recognized than the standard university system. Entry is highly competitive and based on academic performance, language proficiency, and in some cases, competitive entrance exams.
A Grande Ecole program is the French equivalent of a top-ranked Master in Management (MiM) or MBA, combining rigorous academic training with real-world application, international exposure, and a powerful alumni network.
Audencia's Grande Ecole Program (sometimes called PGE in French) leads to a nationally recognized Master's degree (Grade Master, Bac+5) — one of the highest academic level in the French higher education system, equivalent to a Master's degree recognised across the European Union and beyond.
What sets the Grande Ecole apart:
Audencia’s Grande École Program (PGE) is a two-year Master in Management designed to turn ambition into impact.
This high-level programme leads to a nationally recognized Master’s degree and prepares students to become leaders ready to navigate a fast-changing world shaped by business, technology, and society.
You’ll learn through a hands-on, multidisciplinary approach, combining academic excellence with real-world experience — including internships, international exposure, and practical business projects.
To shape your own journey, you can specialize through two tailored tracks:
Dear students, choosing Audencia means joining a school on a human scale, guided by values of academic excellence and a strong connection to the humanities and culture, and open to a multitude of opportunities in France and abroad.
In a rapidly changing job market where students are seeking greater meaning and flexibility, our Grande École Program is constantly adapting. Our goal is to anticipate economic and societal changes and to train professionals who are ready to take on the challenges of tomorrow.
At Audencia, interpersonal relationships and student well-being are at the heart of our model. A spirit of mutual support, a friendly atmosphere, and enriching exchanges are an integral part of the Audencia experience.
We are committed to providing you with a rigorous, open-minded, and dedicated education to help you become responsible, creative, and adaptable leaders. We look forward to welcoming you and working alongside you to pave the way to your success.
Change. Your Way.
Cindy ZAWADZKI
Director of the Grande École Program, Audencia
Politeness, punctuality, and the quality of the welcome are details that can change a person’s perspective, the spirit of a team, and the direction of a company.
Audencia Business School expects its students to take responsibility, honor their commitments, and get involved in community life. Student organizations are, in this regard, an excellent learning environment.
Class attendance, the quality of submitted work, and professional conduct are all part of preparing for a career as a corporate executive:
consistent effort and a job well done are just as important as academic excellence.
Audencia Business School's program promotes your personal development through a balanced pedagogical project based on three dimensions:
In 2025, the Financial Times ranked Audencia's Master in Management 25th worldwide and 8th among French business schools in its prestigious Masters in Management ranking — one of the most respected global benchmarks for graduate management education.
This ranking reflects the programme's career outcomes (83% in permanent employment, average salary of €47,000), its international reach (124 nationalities, 200+ exchange partners), and the quality of its faculty and research.
Audencia holds the "Triple Crown" — simultaneous accreditation by EQUIS, AACSB, and AMBA. Fewer than 1% of business schools worldwide achieve this distinction. For students and employers, it is an internationally recognised guarantee of teaching quality, research standards, and career outcomes.
The Grande École system is France's elite higher education track — more selective and professionally focused than the standard university system. A Grande École program is the French equivalent of a top-ranked Master in Management, leading to a nationally recognized Master's degree (Grade Master, Bac+5) recognized across the EU and beyond.
French universities offer open-access education with large cohorts and a strong academic focus. Grande Écoles are selective, professionally oriented, and smaller — with closer ties to the corporate world, longer internship requirements, and more powerful alumni networks. Audencia's PGE is triple-accredited (EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA) and ranked 25th worldwide by the Financial Times 2025.
The program is taught in both English and French. International students can follow the full curriculum in English. The minimum English requirement is TOEFL iBT 84, TOEIC 655, IELTS 6.0, or Duolingo 100. Students with an English-taught undergraduate degree or native speakers are also eligible.
The program offers 24 specializations across four areas: Finance & Accounting (Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, Financial Markets), Marketing & Sales (Brand Strategy, Digital Marketing, Data Science for Marketing), Management & Strategy (International Management, Supply Chain, Public Policy), and Sector-Oriented tracks (Luxury, Food & Agribusiness, Cultural Management). Double degrees with partner schools in France and internationally are also available.
83% of graduates secured permanent employment within 6 months of graduation, with an average starting salary of €47,000. The program includes 14 to 24 months of internship and work experience. Graduates work in general management, finance, consulting, marketing, and operations across all sectors worldwide.
Tuition for the full two-year program is €36,000, plus €500 in annual service fees. Scholarships are available for international students through Audencia's partnerships with public and private institutions, as well as through Campus France. Payment in installments is possible.
The TAGE MAGE is a standardized French aptitude test used for admission via the AST track. It is required for candidates applying through the French AST route (Bac+3 holders). International candidates applying directly through Audencia or via the Join a School in France platform are not required to take the TAGE MAGE.
