Visite au Château Chasseloir

On September 5, 2025, the new batch from the MSc Food and Agribusiness Management (FAM) visited the Château Chasseloir, a renowned vineyard in the Nantes region. This immersive day combined learning and team-building, offering newly arrived students a firsthand look at the challenges and innovations in viticulture and wine production.

Highlights of the Visit:

  • Vineyard Tour: Exploration of how climate impacts production, with an earlier and more abundant harvest than last year, and sweeter grapes.
  • Wine Production Process: From grape harvesting to bottling, students observed each step of winemaking.
  • Tasting of 3 Muscadet Wines: A sensory experience to understand the nuances of terroir and production methods.
