Free Courses

In order to disseminate the results of its faculty's research and to help train as many people as possible in the challenges of ecological and social transition, Audencia offers a series of free training courses, often within the framework of the school's chairs and in partnership with other actors. These courses can be offered in person or remotely.

#Négotraining (Negotiation Training)

#NegoTraining (Negotiation Training) is a free module designed specifically for women to raise their awareness of professional inequalities and provide them with the keys to successful negotiation.

The scheme, piloted by Audencia's Positive Impact Chair and initiated by the Nantes Metropolitan Area CSR Platform, has already trained more than 3,000 women since its launch in 2017.

While #NégoTraining (Negotiation Training) was initially limited to the Nantes Métropole region, it has since been extended to several other cities: Angers, Cherbourg and Laval.

Partnerships in other cities are under discussion. #NégoTraining (Negotiation Training) can also be delivered remotely.

Entrepreneurship: responsible and profitable

Piloted by the Impact Positif chair, the "Entrepreneuriat: responsable & profitable" module, developed by the Nantes Metropole RSE platform and "Les Sup'Porteurs de la création 44", is aimed at business founders to raise their awareness of CSR in their project.
