To encourage and recognize student engagement, Audencia offers a Committment Track. This program allows students to  become sustainably involved in the School’s associative network or to  gain professional experience. Time and resources (training, coaching, etc.) are provided to help students develop projects and better manage teams.

Mornings are dedicated to classes, while afternoons are reserved for:

• Integrating into an associative mission,

• Having a student job,

• Developing an entrepreneurial activity,

• Practicing high-level sports,

• Etc.

The program offers a balance between theory and cross-functional projects. To stay in step with changes in the job market, the Specialized Master® in Marketing, Design, and Creation offers students two specializations.

Specialization 1: Product Innovation - In-depth study of the challenges of product development and marketing.

Specialization 2: User Experience - Focusing on the user to rethink their experience, with an emphasis on product and service innovation.

The MS® MASC is designed for students and professionals seeking a career change or specialization. The program offers a balance between theory and cross-functional projects, aiming to equip you with fundamental theoretical and practical skills in the fields of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management. It also trains you in methods and tools specific to the sector, in order to position you as a sought-after professional. Here are some of the skills you will develop:

• Develop and implement a responsible purchasing and supply chain policy, aligned with the company's strategy.
• Manage and supervise purchasing and supply chain activities in collaboration with the company's various departments.
• Managing the various stages of the purchasing process.
• Managing supply chains, including physical and information flows, in the areas of procurement, production, and distribution.
• Optimizing purchasing and supply chain functions through digitization and the application of new smart technologies.

The Specialized Master's® in Responsible Management of Sports Organizations is aimed at students and professionals seeking retraining or specialization. The MS® MOS program maintains a balance between theory and cross-disciplinary projects applied throughout the course. Visits to sports facilities and meetings with professionals in the field, such as at INSEP, Stade Jean Bouin, Sporsora Sports Marketing Awards, etc., punctuate the year to address various issues in the sports business.

At the end of the Specialized Master's®, graduates will have developed the following skills:

• Analyzing the overall environment of a sports organization and formulating strategic directions.
• Defining and implementing a CSR strategy in the field of sports.
