The Program

Audencia’s Master in Management-Engineering is a dynamic, future-focused program designed to meet the evolving needs of global companies and the growing demand for cross-functional, high-impact leaders.

This unique curriculum is tailored for engineers who aspire to combine technical expertise with strong managerial and strategic vision. Graduates of the program offer recruiters a distinctive, in-demand profile—equipped to lead complex projects that span technical, commercial, financial, and marketing dimensions, both locally and internationally.

Specialization Phase (8–9 months)

Deepen your expertise with a Master of Science specialization.
Choose from 18 cutting-edge MSc programs offered at Audencia campuses in Paris or Nantes, covering a broad range of fields—from sustainable supply chains to digital marketing, finance, entrepreneurship, and more.

Additional Learning Opportunities

Enhance your global perspective with an optional summer session.

  • Specialized Courses (Summer Term at Audencia)
    You may select up to 8 specialized courses from Audencia’s Summer Term catalogue. Each course is priced at €600.
    For more details, please refer to the dedicated Summer Term page on our website.
     
  • Tailor-Made International Summer School
    You are free to join a summer school of your choice, in France or abroad, at your own expense, during the summer period.
    This is a personal initiative, not organized by Audencia.

Admission terms

Applications are accepted until June 2026 for the September intake or until the program is full. We encourage you to submit your application by the Early Application deadline of Janaury 31.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS 

  • CV and Cover Letter in English
  • Copies of undergraduate degree transcripts

  • English language test results less than 2 years old (TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo)

Admission criteria

Eligibility requirements for the Master in Management-Engineering:

Proficiency in English as demonstrated by one of the following:

TOEFL iBT 84, TOEIC 655, IELTS 6.0 or Duolingo 100
English-taught undergraduate program
Native speaker

4-year degree in engineering

Note that you can apply during the last year of your Bachelor’s studies.

Students who have obtained (or are in the process of obtaining) a diploma outside French territory must contact the International Recruitment Service to apply through this admission route: international@audencia.com.

Equivalences and Bridges

It is possible to transfer to a university or other business school (rare, but possible), and to private schools (communication schools, design schools, etc.).

Equivalencies are determined by the institutions to which you choose to apply.

The level of equivalence (L3, M1, M2 or level 6, 7) is determined by the number of credits earned at the applicant's home institution and the applicant's academic record.

Key dates

Admissions are open until June 2026, but may close early if class is full. Due to the limited number of seats available, candidates are strongly advised to apply before the Early Application deadline of January 31st, 2026.

Service Fees: An Investment in Student Quality of Life
In addition to tuition, students are required to pay mandatory service fees of €500 per academic year upon entry into the program. These fees do not apply to scholarship students or apprentices.

Throughout the year, the Knowledge Hub team welcomes, educates, and trains students in documentary research methodology, database consultation, bibliographic formatting, and plagiarism avoidance.

A team of 9 documentalists is available to students and teachers to assist students and teachers with their research.

In this way, each student can be received in individual appointments to be assisted in their research or to be trained in bibliographic reference management tools. Teachers also benefit from the support of the librarians for their teaching projects (identification of tools, enrichment of courses with bibliographic references).
