Audencia's Grande École program is a high-level, two-year program (PGE) leading to a nationally recognized master's degree. 

Our PGE trains leaders to meet current and future economic, technological and social challenges. Students benefit from multidisciplinary education, international experience, internships and practical projects to gain solid professional experience. 

They can personalize their course with a choice of three tracks: commitment, modular or apprenticeship.

Master in Management (Grande Ecole)

Program Structure

Year 1

Scheduled over one or two years*, your first year in the Master in Management program is built to fit your path.
You choose the direction that feels right for you, your goals, your rhythm:

• Commitment Track 
• International Management Track

*And after Year 1, you also have the possibility to take an optional gap year — to test things in real life, get experience, explore new opportunities, and come back stronger in Year 2.

You can also follow the Grande Ecole program in French via the French Track.

Here, you progress at your pace, building the experience that makes sense for you.

The Different Paths

Year 2 – Study in Nantes, Paris, or abroad

The final year of the MIM program embodies one of its fundamental pillars: dual expertise. With over 24 specializations at Audencia spanning four themes and opportunities for dual degrees in France and abroad, you are sure to find a program that suits your needs!

During your second year of the program, you can choose from a variety of options:

Pedagogical methods

Audencia's Grande Ecole program stands out for its international approach and commitment to managing ecological and social change. Students benefit from a comprehensive and personalized educational program that equips them with the skills necessary to operate effectively in a changing global context. Specific courses, opportunities for academic exchanges and internships abroad, and a vast network of international partners offer students a global perspective and concrete collaborations with actors committed to ecological and social transition. 80% face-to-face; 20% distance learning

Teaching methods

You will have the opportunity to put these skills and professional reflexes into practice during enriching internships or group work, which will help you choose your specialization for your final year.

Admission criteria

Eligibility requirements for the Master in Management:

Proficiency in English as demonstrated by one of the following:

TOEFL iBT 84, TOEIC 655, IELTS 6.0 or Duolingo 100
English-taught undergraduate program
Native speaker

3-year or 4-year degree in any field

Note that you can apply during the last year of your Bachelor’s studies.

International admission criteria

Students who have obtained (or are in the process of obtaining) a diploma outside French territory must contact the International Recruitment Service to apply through this admission route: international@audencia.com.

Equivalences and Bridges

It is possible to transfer to a university or other business school (rare, but possible), and to private schools (communication schools, design schools, etc.).

Equivalencies are determined by the institutions to which you choose to apply.

The level of equivalence (L3, M1, M2 or level 6, 7) is determined by the number of credits earned at the applicant's home institution and the applicant's academic record.

Key dates

Admissions are open until June 2026, but may close early if class is full. Due to the limited number of seats available, candidates are strongly advised to apply before the Early Application deadline of January 31st, 2026.

Service Fees: An Investment in Student Quality of Life
In addition to tuition, students are required to pay mandatory service fees of €500 per academic year upon entry into the program. These fees do not apply to scholarship students or apprentices.

Service fees help finance the activities, infrastructure, and services provided to you by Student Life Department. The goal is to promote your well-being, health, and inclusion, support your involvement in student organizations, and assist you with housing and financing.

Double Degree opportunities at Audencia

The dual degree program at Audencia offers students the unique opportunity to enrich their core expertise with solid skills in management and administration.

By joining Audencia, former PGE program students obtain a dual degree: a PGE Master's degree and their chosen Master 2 specialization (dual degree in France and internationally, including MSc and MS).

As the number of places available for exchange is limited, participants are selected based on criteria established by the host institution, which include academic performance and language proficiency.

During Master 1, via the "International Path"

The choice between these two other options is made during the pre-master's year:

  • The Global Mobility Track: During the pre-master's year, after a first semester in Nantes, you will spend your 2nd semester in Europe at a partner university and your 3rd semester in the USA or China. Immersion in 3 continents from the first 3 semesters of the program
  • Geographical Paths: The goal is to deepen your geopolitical and cultural knowledge of a region of your choice: Asia, South America, Africa, USA, Russia, CEE during the 1st year and the possibility to spend the 3rd semester at a prestigious partner university in the area studied (Merida-Yukatan in Mexico, St. Petersburg, Fullerton California...).
During the Master 2 Program, by completing a double degree

Do you have a strong academic record and an international career plan? Audencia offers you the opportunity to spend a full year of specialization abroad. You can also prepare a double degree among the 150 available.

The Knowledge Hub

Throughout the year, the Knowledge Hub team welcomes, educates, and trains students in documentary research methodology, database consultation, bibliographic formatting, and plagiarism avoidance.

A team of 9 documentalists is available to students and teachers to assist students and teachers with their research.

In this way, each student can be received in individual appointments to be assisted in their research or to be trained in bibliographic reference management tools. Teachers also benefit from the support of the librarians for their teaching projects (identification of tools, enrichment of courses with bibliographic references).
