Recognizing that technological innovation is accelerating and profoundly transforming our societies, ACTORS seeks to anticipate, understand, and shape the impact of digital technologies and AI on organizations and broader societal structures.
Our objectives are the following:

• Share the latest interdisciplinary research on technology, ethics, business, and society.
• Stimulate critical and cross-sector dialogue on complex sociotechnical issues.
• Host thought-provoking discussions and welcome diverse perspectives from law, policy, engineering, philosophy, social sciences, and beyond.
• Explore overlooked or uncomfortable questions and test unconventional ideas.
• Identify new research opportunities and collaborations—including funding from public (EU) and private sources.
• Connect academic research with teaching and societal engagement.
• Empower students and professionals to address the ethical and environmental implications of technology.
