The MSc in Food and Agribusiness Management program prepares students to become managers who can address the challenges of the global agri-food industry. The program covers topics such as strategy, marketing, finance, and supply chain management as they apply to the agri-food industry, which is France’s leading industrial sector with more than 210 billion euros in revenue.

This dynamic and innovative sector is composed of 98% small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and faces major challenges related to environmental sustainability, food sovereignty, and ecological and digital transitions.

The director of the MSc FAM program emphasizes the significance of the International Agriculture Fair for the industry. The event offers professional meetings, networking opportunities, and insight into current challenges, providing students with a hands-on experience to support their future careers.

Target Skills

  • Develop strategies for the agri-food business and/or organization and apply an innovative and entrepreneurial approach
  • Develop and implement agri-food marketing strategies (especially based on consumer behavior)
  • Pilot activity and evaluate the financial performance of the agri-food business and/or organization and the risks associated with the sector
  • Manage projects and teams in an agri-food and international context
  • Manage the energy and social transition in an agri-food context

Admission criteria

Eligibility requirements for the 2-year MSc programs:

Proficiency in English as demonstrated by one of the following:
TOEFL iBT 84, TOEIC 655, IELTS 6.5 or CAMBRIDGE 175
English-taught undergraduate program
Native speaker
3-year or 4-year undergraduate degree in any field

Eligibility requirements for the 1-year MSc programs:

The 2-year MSc or Master in Management program is strongly recommended for applicants with a 3-year undergraduate degree.

Note that you can apply during the last year of your Bachelor’s studies.

International admission criteria

Students who have obtained (or are in the process of obtaining) a diploma outside French territory must contact the International Recruitment Service to apply through this admission route: international@audencia.com.

It is possible to transfer to a university or other business school. Equivalencies are determined by the institutions to which you choose to apply.

School fees

The tuition for the one-year program is €19,900, and the tuition for the two-year program is €29,800.

An additional service fee of €500 per year is added to the tuition.

The Knowledge Hub

Throughout the year, the Knowledge Hub team welcomes, educates, and trains students in documentary research methodology, database consultation, bibliographic formatting, and plagiarism avoidance.

A team of 9 documentalists is available to students and teachers to assist students and teachers with their research.

In this way, each student can be received in individual appointments to be assisted in their research or to be trained in bibliographic reference management tools. Teachers also benefit from the support of the librarians for their teaching projects (identification of tools, enrichment of courses with bibliographic references).
