The world is global and majority of companies reach around continents, countries, or regions to do business. Geopolitics intervene in daily business considerations, and supply, production, sales processes as well as management and teamwork have become multicultural and international.
Many of business professionals work with people from all over the world on a daily basis. The Master in International Management and Business will help you to become a successful international manager thriving in international business environment.
The courses will walk you through the complete path necessary to run an international business, or to go international for a local business. A special focus is put on installing and operating companies in Europe.
The MSc in International Management & Business is designed for students with a solid management background and a strong motivation to meet the challenges of international business. Adaptability, flexibility and global understanding are key success factors for young graduates embarking on a career in international management. These skills are developed throughout the program through cutting-edge management teaching by an international faculty.
With the increasing globalization of economies, companies need highly skilled leaders who can tackle complex problems and think and act multiculturally. The MSc IM program will enable you to acquire both business knowledge and soft skills to access the positions of your choice in international companies.
1st year of compulsory education in Nantes
During your first semester, you'll receive comprehensive training in the fundamentals of management:
You'll learn about the challenges of ecological and social transition at the intersection of the natural sciences, engineering, humanities, social sciences and management. Through immersive teaching, Gaïa relies on a network of partners, actors in the social and solidarity economy, NGOs, trade unions, public and private actors... to help you experience all the major dimensions of the ecological and social transition and to take action :
During the second year, you will concentrate on the area of your specialization of your master :
You'll find yourself in a pre-professional situation similar to your 1st job. This internship is based on a strong involvement in the company, giving you real professionalism. It allows you to put into practice all the knowledge and skills you've acquired in the profession you're preparing for. This period serves as a stepping stone to your professional life.
Immerse yourself in an in-depth study of a topic related to your Master of Science. Both theoretical and practical, this dissertation allows you to highlight what you've learned and how you plan to apply it.

It is possible to transfer to a university or other business school (rare, but possible). Equivalencies are determined by the institutions to which you choose to apply.

At the time of finalization, you will be asked to pay the €100 registration fee by credit card (most credit cards are accepted). Free for scholars with a copy of the final award letter for the current year.

Your application will be reviewed. If you are eligible, you will proceed to Step 2.
After scheduling a motivational interview, you will go before a panel of judges to be evaluated on your motivation to join Audencia, your professional background, and your career plan.
Admission decisions are communicated to applicants on a rolling basis.
You should receive an admission decision within one week of the interview. There may be a delay during the holidays.
Congratulations! If you are accepted, you will be officially invited to join the program.
You will need to sign a contract and pay an initial tuition deposit of €4,500, which is non-refundable.

Service Fees: An Investment in Student Quality of Life
In addition to tuition, students are required to pay mandatory service fees of €500 per academic year upon entry into the program. These fees do not apply to scholarship students or apprentices.
Service fees help finance the activities, infrastructure, and services provided to you by Student Life Department. The goal is to promote your well-being, health, and inclusion, support your involvement in student organizations, and assist you with housing and financing.

In this way, each student can be received in individual appointments to be assisted in their research or to be trained in bibliographic reference management tools.
