Originally from the UK, Dr Jennifer Goodman is Associate Professor of CSR & Sustainability at Audencia. Jennifer holds a PhD in Management Sciences and has contributed to European and Canadian funded research programmes and projects in Spain, Canada, Finland and France. She has published widely on a variety of sustainability topics and currently heads the CARES research community at Audencia.

In addition to a broad sustainability vision, functional insights and technical knowledge and skills, the program puts a strong emphasis on personal development and aims to foster a critical, inquisitive and creative spirit. It also includes essential soft skills such as managing stress and eco-anxiety and developing emotional intelligence, adaptability and empathy.
The course takes a learning by doing approach and encourages collaboration. You'll play an active role in your training by learning to problematize issues and situations in context and then moving to take action, contributing to real-world projects, participating in challenging practical case studies, and engaging in ongoing reflection on your personal development.

You'll learn about the challenges of ecological and social transition at the intersection of the natural sciences, engineering, humanities, social sciences and management. Through immersive teaching, Gaïa relies on a network of partners, actors in the social and solidarity economy, NGOs, trade unions, public and private actors... to help you experience all the major dimensions of the ecological and social transition and to take action :
You'll find yourself in a pre-professional situation similar to your 1st job. This internship is based on a strong involvement in the company, giving you real professionalism. It allows you to put into practice all the knowledge and skills you've acquired in the profession you're preparing for. This period serves as a stepping stone to your professional life.
Immerse yourself in an in-depth study of a topic related to your Master of Science. Both theoretical and practical, this dissertation allows you to highlight what you've learned and how you plan to apply it.
The program is based on alternating theoretical and practical sequences (face-to-face or distance learning) using business simulations, case studies and interactive lessons.

Your application will be reviewed. If you are eligible, you will proceed to Step 2.
After scheduling a motivational interview, you will go before a panel of judges to be evaluated on your motivation to join Audencia, your professional background, and your career plan.
Admission decisions are communicated to applicants on a rolling basis.
You should receive an admission decision within one week of the interview. There may be a delay during the holidays.
Congratulations! If you are accepted, you will be officially invited to join the program.
You will need to sign a contract and pay an initial tuition deposit of €4,500, which is non-refundable.
Students who have obtained (or are in the process of obtaining) a diploma outside French territory must contact the International Recruitment Service to apply through this admission route: international@audencia.com.

It is possible to transfer to a university or other business school (rare, but possible). Equivalencies are determined by the institutions to which you choose to apply.
Admissions are open until June 2026, but may close early if class is full. Due to the limited number of seats available, candidates are strongly advised to apply before the Early Application deadline of January 31st, 2026.

Service Fees: An Investment in Student Quality of Life
In addition to tuition, students are required to pay mandatory service fees of €500 per academic year upon entry into the program. These fees do not apply to scholarship students or apprentices.
Service fees help finance the activities, infrastructure, and services provided to you by Student Life Department. The goal is to promote your well-being, health, and inclusion, support your involvement in student organizations, and assist you with housing and financing.

A team of 9 documentalists is available to students and teachers to assist students and teachers with their research.
In this way, each student can be received in individual appointments to be assisted in their research or to be trained in bibliographic reference management tools. Teachers also benefit from the support of the librarians for their teaching projects (identification of tools, enrichment of courses with bibliographic references).
