Lin Li received his Ph.D. in finance from the School of Accounting and Finance at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and a B.S. in accounting from Shandong University in China. Before joining Audencia, Professor Li was an assistant professor of accounting at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Shenzhen University. He has taught mergers and acquisitions, financial accounting, and financial statement analysis at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Professor Li's research interests include information disclosure in financial markets, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. His research has been published in prestigious accounting and finance journals and featured in Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance.
