My research explores ethical perspectives in Organization Studies and Management through a multidisciplinary lens. I analyze how organizations adopt and shape discourses, particularly within alternative forms of organizing. Additionally, I examine the intersection of business ethics and emerging work arrangements, drawing on insights from philosophy and anthropology.
My work has been published in leading international journals, including the British Journal of Management, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Management Studies, and Work, Employment and Society. I also delve into ethical approaches to management in my monograph, Civil Economy and Organisation: Towards Ethical Business Management (Palgrave Macmillan, 2020).
