Biographie
Athanasios Triantafyllou is Associate Professor in Finance at Audencia Business School. Prior to joining Audencia, he has worked as Associate Professor at IESEG School of Management and as an Assistant Professor at the Essex Business School. He has been a visiting scholar at Cornell University, University of Exeter and National Technical University of Athens. Prior joining academia, Athanasios has also has previously worked as a consultant in Risk Management at the Quantitative Advisory Services department of EY that specializes in market risk projects for major US investment banks. He has also worked as a general equilibrium modeler at E3MLab (ICCS-NTUA) for the modeling of the dynamic interactions between the economy, the energy system and the environment for the EU28 countries. His research interests focus on empirical asset pricing, commodity derivative markets and on the dynamic interactions between financial markets and the macroeconomy. His work has been published in leading finance and economics journals such as the Journal of International Money and Finance, International Journal of Forecasting, and the Journal of Agricultural Economics.
