Biographie
Dr. Leonardo Marques est professeur associé en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement à Audencia Business School. Auparavant, il était maître de conférences à la Coppead Graduate School of Business de l'Université fédérale de Rio de Janeiro, au Brésil (2016-2021). Titulaire d'un doctorat de l'Université de Manchester (2016), il possède plus de 20 ans d'expérience en management et en conseil, notamment dans les secteurs de la distribution, de la mode et des biens de consommation. Il a publié dans des revues telles que Production & Operations Management (FT50 et ABS4), Journal of Supply Chain Management (ABS4), International Journal of Production Economics (FNEGE1) et International Journal of Operations & Production Management (ABS4). Il est actuellement rédacteur associé pour le Journal of Supply Chain Management (ABS4), l'International Journal of Operations and Production Management (ABS4) et le Journal of Purchasing & Supply Management (ABS3).
Il a présidé l'International Purchasing and Supply Education and Research Association (IPSERA) de 2023 à 2026.
Ses recherches ont bénéficié du soutien de fondations brésiliennes telles que la FAPERJ (Fondation pour le soutien à la recherche de l'État de Rio de Janeiro, Brésil), de fondations internationales comme la Fondation C&A (Laudes), et d'entreprises privées, notamment Coca-Cola et Cartesi Blockchain.
Ses travaux portent sur la transparence des chaînes d'approvisionnement, l'esclavage moderne, la chaîne d'approvisionnement du travail, les émissions de carbone et l'impact sociétal des chaînes d'approvisionnement.
